Manchester Building Prime is a new company with an experienced team behind it. We bring over a decade of experience in the building trade to homes across Greater Manchester.
Our story
Our team has spent more than ten years working on homes across Manchester: Victorian terraces with tired brickwork, semis ready for a new kitchen, lofts waiting to become bedrooms. Along the way, we've seen what makes a building job go well, and what makes it go wrong.
Too often, the trouble isn't the work itself. It's the builder who doesn't call back, the price that's hard to follow, or the job left half-finished while everyone moves on to the next one. We started Manchester Building Prime in 2026 to do things differently.
That means replying to every enquiry within 1 working day, giving you a clear price before any work starts, and finishing what we start. It means doing the job properly, including the parts you'll never see, and leaving your home clean and tidy.
Whether it's a small repair, a new bathroom or a loft conversion, we want to be the builder you call again, and the one you recommend to your neighbours.

Our team has worked in the building trade for more than ten years, on everything from repairs and plastering to kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and loft conversions.
How we work
Every job, big or small, follows the same four steps.
Get in touch
Call, email, send a WhatsApp message or fill in the form, and tell us a little about the job. Photos help. We reply within 1 working day.
Site visit and quote
We arrange a time to visit, look at the job with you and talk through what you want. Then we give you a quote, free and with no obligation. When you're happy to go ahead, we put all the details in writing.
The build
We agree a start date with you and keep you up to date as the work goes on. On kitchens and bigger projects, gas and electrical work is done by partner companies we work with.
Handover
We go round the finished work with you, put right anything that isn't right and leave the place clean and tidy.
